FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

The Pentair Carbo Blender blends and carbonates in one streamlined system. It uses precise water-to-beer ratio control, with automatic correction of original gravity or alcohol content via PLC control, ensuring consistent and accurate results.
After blending, CO₂ is injected at the inlet of a dissolution tube, where it is finely dispersed and dissolved using static mixers engineered to match your specific process conditions. This guarantees complete, bubble-free CO₂ dissolution.
The Carbo Blender is delivered as a skid-mounted system, built with proven components and including all necessary piping, wiring, and PLC control. Its hygienic, fully automated design ensures:
