Product Information

The Haffmans Gauge Calibration Device - GCD, is a dedicated precision instrument for calibrating pressure gauges and digital pressure sensors. Universally applicable, it can be used for all kinds of pressure calibrations and is compliant with international standards.

In the beer and beverage industries, the content of dissolved carbon dioxide (CO2) is a determining factor of the product’s quality. It is equally important, however, to ensure that the various measuring instruments function accurately. As the determination of the CO2 content, according to Henry’s Law, depends on measuring both equilibrium pressure and temperature, a reliable pressure measurement is required.

Benefits

  • Cost saving - easy and accurate pressure adjustment

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

By simply connecting a compressed gas supply to the inlet, attaching the pressure measurement device that needs to be checked to the outlet, and setting the desired pressure with the reducing valve, the pressure can be compared with the reading and calibrated.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

  • Laboratory
